International Conference of technical support specialists for keeping hydrobionts

«Vodyanoy – 2022»

We invite you to take part in the International Conference of technical support specialists for keeping hydrobionts «Vodyanoy – 2022». The Conference will be held of October 19-21, 2022 in Lazarevskoe district of Sochi.

The conference is held by “Dolphinarium “Morskaya Zvezda” (Lazarevskoe) and the Group of Companies “AQUATERIX” (St. Petersburg) together with the Euro-Asian Regional Associationof Zoos and Aquariums (EARAZA) and the Union of Zoos and Aquariums of Russia (SOZAR).

On October 4-18, 2022, will be held training on the course "Fundamentals of Design and Operation equipment for the maintenance of hydrobionts" with the issuance of state-style certificates.

Discussion of the matters and problems related to the selection of equipment, technologies and methods of cleaning and disinfecting water in water treatment and life support systems of the design, construction and operation of large-sized aquariums, seaquariums, RAS in aquaculture, dolphinariums and enclosures for the maintenance of marine mammals, crocodiles and other reptiles, polar bears, hippos, otters and other animals that spend the biggest part of their lives in water is in the planning stage.

The organization and program of the conference is aimed at combining efforts, sharing experience and findings of a study of leading experts in the sphere of water treatment and life support systems. The conference will become a platform for presenting and discussing innovations, trends, last issues, practical problems and solutions, establishing of business contacts, and promoting its products.

At the conference are invited:

managers and specialists of services for the operation of life support systems of aquariums, seaquariums, dolphinariums, RAS in aquaculture, zoos with ponds for animals;
water treatment specialists, hydrochemists;
developers and designers of life support systems of aquariums and pools for animals, RAS in aquaculture;
manufacturers and suppliers of the equipment and materials for life support and water treatment systems;
representatives of specialized academic and educational institutions;
other concerned persons.

In the program of the conference:

Reports and roundtable discussions on the operation of life support systems for marine and limnetic aquariums, ponds for the maintenance of animals living in the aquatic habitat.

Exhibition and presentation of new equipment for life support systems, water treatment and water quality monitoring.

Visit to the dolphinariums and public aquariums with the excursion of their life support systems.

Cultural program.

You can take part in the conference as a participant, to make a presentation, rent a place for an exhibition stand to advertise your products or as a partner of the conference.

The amount of the registration fee

The registration fee includes: information support during the preparation for the conference, Conference participant’s packet, participation in the Conference «Vodyanoy – 2021» policy measures (meetings, roundtable discussions, workshops), Icebreaker (the welcome party), coffee breaks, visiting the exhibition, certificate of the Conference participant, the collection of writings following the results of the Conference, organizational support during the conference.

The registration fee does not include (must be paid separately): participants’ board and lodging, excursions and other events of the cultural program, the farewell party.

he size of organizational fee will be determined until March 1, 2021.

Exhibition

Within the International Conference «Vodyanoy – 2021» on life support systems of aquariums and pools for keeping of animals which will take place from October 6th to October 8th, 2021 in Lazarevskoe district of Sochi, there will take place the exhibition of novelties of an inventory and materials for life support systems, water treatment and quality control of water.

Participation conditions

Cost of participation in an exhibition: will be determined until March 1, 2021.

The cost of participation in an exhibition includes:

- placement of information in the official collection of the Conference (up to 500 signs);

- copy of the official collection of the Conference;

- participation of one representative in all events of the Conference (except the actions demanding the personal invitation);

- participation in a banquet – one representative;

- not equipped exhibition area of 6 sq.m which includes: granting exhibition area; one table, two chairs, socket 220B / 1,5 of kW – 1 piece (the supply of electricity and an expense of the electric power are paid separately); all-exhibition advertizing; ensuring general protection of an exposition of an exhibition; general cleaning of the territory of an exhibition.

The organizer reserves the right to change the cost of participation in an exhibition in case of introduction new or increases in current rates of taxes and fees, change of market condition and also in other cases which are objective influencing increase in the cost of services.

Payment procedure

After filing of the application for participation in an exhibition and obtaining the account the Exhibitor makes an advance payment of 50% of the cost of participation in an exhibition within 5 bank days from the moment of drawing of the account. The complete payment for participation has to be made no later than 10 days prior to installation of an exhibition. The cost of the contract doesn't join services in transportation and an insurance of property of the Exhibitor which is located them at the stand. All expenses are assumed by the Exhibitor.

Refusal of participation

IIn case of written refusal of the Exhibitor of participation in an exhibition till August 20, 2021 to the Exhibitor 50% of the paid tools return. In case of written refusal of the Exhibitor of participation in an exhibition after August 20, 2021, the money paid by the Exhibitor doesn't return.

Offers to the pertners

The Organizing Committee of the International Conference «Vodyanoy – 2021» on life support systems for aquariums and pools for animals invites manufacturers and suppliers of equipment and materials for life support systems and other organizations to participate in the partner support of the Conference.

Any Russian and foreign legal entities and individuals, who share the goals and objectives of the Conference «Vodyanoy – 2021» and who have contributed to its organization and holding can become partners of the Conference. The contribution can be made in the form of material, financial, technical or (as agreed) other support in accordance with the terms of an agreement being concluded.

Depending on the amount of partner support provided, the Conference Partners get the status:

Partner fee from 170,000 RUB (2,000 EUR or 2,300 USD)

Partner Package includes:

1. Granting the status of a conference Mega-Partner with the issuance of a corresponding certificate.
2. Placement of a corporate name or a trademark of a Mega-Partner company on the conference website with an indication of the category of partnership and with an active link to the company’s current web page.
3. Provision of exhibition space or Mega-Partner Zone in the exhibition area of up to 12 sq.m. (prime choice).
4. Partner fee from 80,000 RUB ( 1,000 EUR or 1,200 USD)

It will be announced during the breaks, on the conference website, in the conference brochure, in addition banners with your logos and information that your company is the sponsor of the coffee break will be placed in the hall where the coffee breaks will take place, there will be additional promotional materials about the company on the tables. 3. Sponsor of T-shirts.

As you know, T-shirts are the most favorite souvenir of all the promotional products. Participants are happy to wear them even after the end of the conference, thereby distributing advertising about your company.
